How to use
- Prepare On the Go 20 with a 1:2 meal-to-water ratio — 1.8 oz (50 g) with 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) water.
- Cook rice meals as a savoury high-protein plate for lunch or dinner.
- Take one supplement sachet and follow the vitamin bottle directions daily.
- Add one drop of the water drops per 33.8 fl oz (1 L) of drinking water.
